Audiobook Production for Authors & Publishers

Turn your book into an audiobook.

Professional audiobook production does not have to cost thousands.

Piggy Audiobooks creates carefully produced digital-voice audiobooks for independent authors, publishers and rights holders, from straightforward single-narrator editions to multi-character and full-cast productions.

We combine commercially licensed digital voice technology with human-directed production: voice casting, pronunciation review, editing, quality control and mastering.

Before you commit, we can create a short custom sample from your manuscript so you can hear how your audiobook could sound.

Production options

Choose the voice your book deserves.

From one consistent narrator to a multi-character or full-cast production. Every option is human-directed, and you approve the narrator, principal character voices and general production style before full production begins.

Prices are per 1,000 words of your manuscript, in pounds sterling, so you can estimate the cost from your word count. As a rough guide, one finished hour is approximately 9,000 words. Actual running time varies with pacing and dialogue. Your quotation will confirm the word count, estimated duration and project price.
